Positioned at the edge of town, the spacious downstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and access to a full bath. Upstairs locates 2 bedrooms; one with a queen and the other with a king; also with full bath access - as well as a spacious loft with its own 3/4 bath. A large kitchen with microwave and dishwasher allows for delicious homemade meals with friends and family. Also available is a double car garage, washer/dryer, Unlimited Free Long Distance and pool table. Cooking out on the gas grill upon one of the three decks and balconies allows you to enjoy your mountain experience. A $10 non-refundable fee is required for the use of the pool table.


^^^BASE RATES are for the first 4 adults (13 years and older). For each additional adult (13 years and older) there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Children 12 years and under stay free. Units can only be booked up to the maximum occupancy; this includes infants and children.^^^

Check-out time is on or before 10:00AM

All units are completely furnished (this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well as coffee pots, etc.) including fireplaces except for the efficiency units.

Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
